After Effects advanced and Adobe certified

This After Effects advanced & Adobe certified professional training course is for those who have completed the introduction course and seek professional guidance to understand After Effects at an advanced level.

Our experienced training instructors will be there to assist you in preparing for the Adobe Certified Professional exam on the final day.

Our accelerated learning format allows you to digest more information whilst making it more memorable. The emphasis is on how the brain works. The most important factor about a training course is what you remember afterwards, and that's our number one focus.

Throughout your course, you'll learn how to implement features that most people are unaware of. You'll animate text layers, create masks and shapes, work with 3D, and more. 

Our experienced training instructors will be with you to help you undertake the Adobe certification exam. Afterwards, if you pass, you can publicise your accreditation with Adobe digital badges, which provide a standardised certification outcome.

You must take the exam on a non-work (home) computer using a browser (Chrome, EDGE, or Safari) connected to your home broadband connection (no VPN). You don't need Adobe software installed to take the exam. The exam is delivered in Windows mode, but since you're connecting via a browser, it doesn't matter if you're a Windows or MacOS user.

What to expect from this course

The first two training days will focus on learning advanced features, including creating animated text layers, masks, and shapes, working with 3D, and more. The third and final day will focus on Adobe certification, with preparation in the morning and the exam in the afternoon.  

You’ll leave the training course with an advanced skill set, including an Adobe-certified status that further promotes your skill level.

Target audience

This course is for designers, marketers, developers, or anyone who wants to advance their motion graphics and visual effects skills and earn After Effects certification.   

Upon completion, you'll be able to:

• Master the specialist features that most aren't even aware of in After Effects

• Animate text layers, vector paths and master masks and shapes

• Utilise 3D layers, the 3D axis and integration with cinema 4D

• Integrate with other Adobe tools and be able to implement project management best practices within After Effects

• Take the certification exam and become an Adobe-certified professional

Prerequisites

You must already possess basic computer skills, such as knowing how to open and save files onto a computer.
